WHY?

The government derives its power from the consent of the governed, and we... we do NOT consent!

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

It is our Right to Alter or Abolish the present actions of our government through the democratic process. We must provide needed congressional gridlock to keep this president in check. It starts now.

We are law abiding citizens, persons of faith in both our God and our constitution and declaration. We are driven by conscience, morality, and a dedication to our political creeds. And we are free to speak our minds that this administration and its power brokers are subversive to our Constitution and Declaration, and the rights afforded to the citizens therein. The current actions by the administration, the majority congress, and their financial backers are treasonous, are unconstitutional, and are the overt machinations of radical leftist socialists to subvert the integrity of our political creeds and of the strength of our great nation. It is abuse of power at the highest levels and we must resist it with all possible legal avenues.

In light of the new declarations by the department of homeland security and it's head, Janet Napolitano, we must state for the record that while our group vehemently opposes the agenda, propaganda, policies, and practices of the current administration and its majority congress, it does so within the rights and protections offered by the United States Constitution. We do not ascribe to any form of violence, militia, civil unrest, nor do we encourage any group who so believes.

Unlike the examples offered by Obama's peers: William Ayers, Khalid Al Mansour, Rashid Khalidi, Louis Farrakhan, Jeremiah Wright, Frank Marshall Davis, Emil Jones, and, lately union and SEIU members at public Town Hall meetings around the country, we denounce terrorism, racism, marxism, radicalism, violence, cronyism, secret networks, and more.
